What an absolute joy to capture Jamaica & Felix’s intimate wedding at one of our favorite locations in Northland. Sometimes rethinking everything and starting from scratch can lead to better experiences and this wedding is a perfect example of that. After having to cancel their big wedding, these two come up with a new plan to have an intimate ceremony at a remote location and a pizza party at a local bar with the rest of their friends later in the night. And it was the best decision ever that suited their adventurous souls so well. They eloped on the land where Jamaica grew up that’s so close to her heart with only their closest family and a handful of friends present surrounded by the most beautiful scenery Bay of Islands has to offer.
Afterwards we explored the bay together to make some memories. It was so good to see these two in their element close to the ocean with their feet kissing the sand and wind playing with the veil. Another very special moment was that Jamaica and Felix have chosen to read their vows to each other in privacy as the sun was setting and it was absolutely magical ✨ Our hearts are full ❤
