21 Sep Emma & Matt. Autumn Wedding at The Tasting Shed. Kumeu Wedding Photographer
Autumn weddings are probably our favourite ones, with cooler and more relaxed days, brighter sunsets and all the bounty of flowers it’s hard not to love them. Emma and Matt celebrated their wedding day among they nearest and dearest at The Tasting Shed in Kumeu, filled with autumn vibes and colourful flowers, great food and festive spirit it was a such a treat for the eyes and soul. Emma has a great eye for details and did such a good job by picking her vendors, who turned all her wishes into reality. We simply couldn’t stop photographing all the amazing decor and incredible textured bouquets made by one of our favourite florists Naomi from Leaf and Honey. We loved that the bride and her girls wore cool leather jackets, it was not only stylish but also kept them warm later in the night. For a real autumn feel we found an apple orchard nearby for the post ceremony photos, we really like how these complimented the whole theme.
What Emma&Matt said about planning their perfect wedding: We LOVE food and music. We have dined at the Tasting Shed before and love their modern style. We also really wanted to choose a place that was naturally beautiful but not huge. Also central for our family to get to, as its very important to us our grandparents and friends with kids could attend. My brother is the celebrant and the MC and my niece and friends kids are our flowers girls and paige boy. I am so happy to have the kids and our grandparents there on the day. We are all about our guests having a great time and hopefully the live band will create an awesome atmosphere.
